If an item is to be returned, call 800-635-7695 to request an RMA number. You must have an RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. RMA numbers are good for 7 days after issue date. Please furnish the invoice number, date, and a copy of your sales receipt. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge. You must inform us about defects, shortages and exceptions within 5 days. There are no returns after 15 days, no acceptations.
