Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Ohio customers will be charged Ohio State Sales Tax unless a valid exemption certificate is on file with Richardson Supply. You can print your Tax I.D. form HERE and fax to 614-539-3032. TAX I.D. Numbers will not be accepted over the phone.

Q: How accurate are the color representations?
A: Although every effort is made to ensure that colors on the website match actual colors, actual colors may vary. In addition, some of our products use color charts as a color guide reference. Because the color charts presented on our website represent similar colors in several of our products appearance, the shade on the color chart may differ slightly from the actual color of that product that it is representing. Color charts should be used as a guideline only. If an exact color match is needed, please call 800-635-7695 to request a color guide to be sent to you or to make an appointment to come and talk with one of our professional sales representative to answer any questions that you may have.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Standard shipping is UPS Ground or common carrier on large orders. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight, size and UPS shipping zones. We are not responsible for UPS or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.
